Best lunch restaurant in Tempe, Arizona (AZ) 2024

The combination fish and shrimp taco is really good as is the combination shrimp and Carne asada. Do yourself a favor and order the tacos "santa" style, which comes with a grilled layer of cheese on the tortillas. The salsa/topping bar is robust with multiple sauces, veggies, and other accoutrement including a very unique thin tartar sauce like sauce for the fish taco. Rice and beans is nothing legendary but the tacos plus the topping bar makes this place a must check out. Tacos are served plain as all needed additions are located in the topping bar. ~Matthew

This is a great quiet spot for breakfast during the week, food is that of a traditional classic diner. Everything on our plates tasted amazing and service was friendly, quick and attentive.
