Not my thing, but grandchild loves it. Bought extra items as advance birthday present. We went out to dinner a couple of days later, and I did thi k the outfit was stylish and cute. ~Natalie

Terri C. Horrible customer service. I'm glad the cashier wore a name tag. Because this lady was so rude. It just didn't make sense. I had a return. As I tried to ask Terri if I could leave my bag. She said " register #2" She didn't come to help me. She had me wait on her until she seen another person behind me and then came over to me and said she had to make sure things were in there place as far as the registers go. She was real rude. I came in around 7:55pm (website says they close at 9pm). I came in, picked out some clothes, tried them on and chose a blazer. To my surprise, there was an associate hanging out outside my changing room (weird). Whatever. I went and picked out another size of the blazer. It's around 810pm. The associate then stops me AFTER I've already went to choose a new size. She says, "Sorry we're closed." To which I replied, "okay, can I purchase this blazer?" To which she states, "Sure, if the register is open." Okay cool. Go to the register, girl says it's closed.. she didn't know anyone was here. They let me shop for almost 20 minutes, try on my clothes, and pick out another size, just to tell me they didn't know anyone was there.. but you had a girl standing outside of my changing room. Go to another Express if you can. Just an odd, horrible customer service experienc. I understand when a store closes... but let the customers know you are closing soon.. don't close them in the store and act like you didn't see them. ~Chelcie
