Best fast food restaurant in Fort Smith, Arkansas (AR) 2024

Went during happy hour for drinks. Got there at 10 til 4. They took the order at 3:56. They charged full price. When I asked why the price was so high the car hop had an awful attitude. She took my receipt back into the store for a total of 1 minute when she came back she gave me the receipt and said "here, the order was placed at 4:01. We're not going to do anything." She then turned and just walked off. Needless to say I won't be coming back. I hope they use that 3 dollars. ~Lela

I asked for my coffee to be made a weird way and Amber was so accommodating, she said she’d even make it herself so it was done correctly! I did NOT like, however, that she was yelled at by a superior I’m assuming for making it instead of helping the one customer at the register that was there for like 5 seconds. Need to work on management’s communication at this location! ~Kayley

This was a really good place to eat with the kids they love the chicken strips. I just have to brag on them because when I went there the other day me and the kids everything was fresh it was awesome and tasted super good so thank you guys for making our food fresh it was really yummy and we didn't even have to ask for it it was already done that way which is the right way y'all were awesome the employees were very nice so thank y'all very much for the fresh delicious food I totally recommend people coming here and eating it was nice place to eat. ~Samantha
