Driving back from Ft Smith and we were starving. We went to the drive thru and it was backed up 15 + cars. It took no time at all. First time here, and will be my last time here! I live close to an hour away from here and decided to stop here for dinner. Went thru around 8pm and ordered 2 meals. As I drove off, I assumed my meals were good. Once I got home I took a bite out of my burger and they loaded it with black pepper and salt. Best way to describe it is that it was a as salty as salt water. I immediately inspected my burger and they shook a bunch of black pepper and salt on it, which I never asked for. After scraping it off, it was still too salty. So, I threw it away. I will never go and support this location ever again as I feel that this was intentional with the amount of salt and black pepper.

10/30/2022 My husband and I ordered our food and went up to the window and gave our cash then moved forward. We went up to the second window and the lady was rude. She told us to pull up and didn’t tell us why then closed the window. We pulled up and the lady with pink hair gave us our food and was nice. When we looked at our fries, there was probably about 5-6 hairs in our food. We were on the road so we couldn’t just turn back. The cheeseburgers and n chicken were okay at least. But it’s just terrible!!!

Usually the food is decent but the past few times it has been horrible!! Today I ordered 20 nuggets and two fries and one thing of fries had all kinds of hair in it!! It literally looked like someone shaved their face over the fries 🤢🤢

(2019)Haven't had any big issues just the usual slow when busy & the sandwichs aren't as neat as there advertisements, but edible. (8-19-2022) Ordered a McGriddle got a McMuffin.

Food was good and prices are average for McDonald's. The service was absolutely terrible considering the man on bathroom duty put up the cleaning sign immediately after I asked if I with two children could use the facility before he cleaned it. I'm 8 months pregnant and am about to pee myself while writing this, with two screaming children needing to use the restroom as well. We have been coming here for some time now, and will no longer be bringing our business to this terrible establishment.

Server was helpful and fast. All the food I ordered was made well , I got a Carmel iced coffee and a Triple stack McMuffin and it was Made excellent. The drive thru was not super busy few cars ahead a few behind. All in all I was in and out in less than 8 mins I'd say. I will use this location again. Thank you

I asked for my coffee to be made a weird way and Amber was so accommodating, she said she’d even make it herself so it was done correctly! I did NOT like, however, that she was yelled at by a superior I’m assuming for making it instead of helping the one customer at the register that was there for like 5 seconds. Need to work on management’s communication at this location!
