lol I wanted something to drink and I pulled in and my wife told me... if you live in fort smith you should know not to use this sonic because they are slow and cant get your order right and they don't care if it is right.... boy she was right I'll never used this sonic again

Everything was brought out quickly and cooked to perfection. Was able to order and pay on the app, and the drink cups were clean and not covered in spilled soda when we got them. They have the boba-type bubbles back, but the carhop brought me a regular straw for it. Also, had to make multiple trips because he kept forgetting parts of our order but he was very kind and pleasant. Will be back!

Where do i start. This is the worst Sonic in Fort Smith. I placed my order after waiting 10 minutes for someone to answer to take my order. Of course the order was wrong. so i push the red button again and they never answered. I was so mad i got out took my order inside myself. No one im sorry sir but waited another 15 minutes on my order. So the whole process to get a number 1 took 35 minutes. This happens all the time at this sonic. Also saw a lady pull up to the drive thru no one ever took her order. She backed up and left. I work for a company near the sonic we have 50 employees and none of them will ever go back. Close this place down. Rude people!!

Never again will I go to this sonic, I asked for a cherry coke an a vanilla dr.pepper, what they gave me was not what I asked for it has chunks in it.

Went during happy hour for drinks. Got there at 10 til 4. They took the order at 3:56. They charged full price. When I asked why the price was so high the car hop had an awful attitude. She took my receipt back into the store for a total of 1 minute when she came back she gave me the receipt and said "here, the order was placed at 4:01. We're not going to do anything." She then turned and just walked off. Needless to say I won't be coming back. I hope they use that 3 dollars.

Went 30 minutes before close and ordered one drink. We sat there for ten minutes waiting and watching the associates just walk around looking at their phones. We tried pushing the button again and no one would respond. We then saw a guy lock the doors, guess they closed early? So we just ended up leaving as we were paying cash. I’m not one to leave reviews but this is just bad for business if they are doing this to others as well.

Took forever to get a response from the speaker in drive thru. I dont know if they were short handed or what but the line was also moving ay a super slow pace. Finally got to window to pay and was told to move ahead to wait for my order which was a order of cheese stick. People were polite though and said sorry. I dont think i will ever visit this sonic again.

Paid $5 for supersonic breakfast burrito.. 2inch burritto. How the f do u take 12in tortilla and turn it in to 2in 2 bite burrito. Change the name to Supersonic kids buritto.

This is my first review for a fast food place and I have lived in Fort Smith for years. If having awful service was a competition, this sonic would be undefeated. I made a order of two sandwiches, and only got one. I went back to the window and when I requested my other, it came not how I ordered it. So I opened the kitchen door and stuck my head in, told them the problem and went back to my car. Y'all.. I waited 15 MINUTES to get my other sandwich. Wanna know how I got it? I had to go INTO the kitchen a 2ND time and demand my food. It was sitting in a brown bag on the counter for who knows how long and I was completely forgotten about. If I could post with 0 stars I would. If you buy from this sonic and you get your food with zero issues, immediately go to your closest gas station and buy a lottery ticket because you are the luckiest person in Fort Smith.

Worst sonic I’ve ever gone to, I tried eating here for lunch 5 days in a row cause it’s right by my work and ALL 5 TIMES my food was either missing some of the main items, was severely burnt like charcoal black, or was raw. Obviously these things where done on purpose how do you not notice bread that looks like asphalt..the cooks here are terrible and don’t care I wish I could give negative stars as I’ve wasted so much time and money going to this place. Take it from me if there is another sonic to go to even if it’s 2 states over it would be well worth it to go to that one rather than order the dirt that comes from this sonic.
