My hope is that CB&T as a whole is better than this branch. I scheduled an appointment online. Arrived the Branch 10 mins early and waited for someone to approach me. No one was ion the Branch. Took about 15 mins before someone asked if I needed assistance. I said I had scheduled an appt online with a Connie Wong. They said she isn't in this week and I would need to come back next week. i was frustrated and said I booked an appt and wasn't there someone else who could assist me. I had all the standard docs I usually take to open an account - currently bank with Chase, Wells Fargo and Citibank - and was asked for docs I had never even heard of. Guy had to get on the phone with their back office and they said we needed a set of docs that was different than he said I needed. Needless to say I left frustrated - went down the street and opened the account with Wells Fargo. ~Frank

8/19/2022 The service team workers are very courteous, patient, and helpful. Especially they are nice to the customers who has language barrier. I am very thankful for Mr. Rex S. who is very fast and skillful found out our problems and solved them. ~Angie

This is a great Chase Bank location. I stopped by here to get a cashier check to pay for my wedding and the process was so easy. Finding parking was easy and when I walked into the bank, I was helped right away. They have extra security when you do a cashier check but that's necessary because of fraud and such. The employee working the window was very nice and helpful during the process because it was my first time doing the cashier check. ~Peter

I just took my very senior dog here for the first time, based on a recommendation from our beloved vet. Happy Paws could not have been sweeter and gentler with our blind, deaf, wobbly little boy. I’ve been getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy for the last six years and I’m very happy, I was referred here by my doctor, they have same day service and you just have to wait for them to fill out your prescription and they’re very fast and efficient, I’m very satisfied with them and highly recommend them for their quality service and promptness. ~Fernando
