THE WORST LOCATION EVER! The manager (a woman with long nails, did not get her name) was SO RUDE and nonchalant about all of my questions. I waited 1hr and 35min for support and she was extremely unapologetic the entire time. She had terrible customer service skills and pretty much said wait or leave. They were extremely understaffed, and instead of the manager helping out the specialists, she was replacing phone cases on the display wall. She provided them with NO support. It was the worst experience I’ve had. I was in there to switch carriers from T-Mobile, to Verizon and her attitude almost made Verizon lose a customer before I became one. However, Sam was GREAT with me and helped tremendously. He was the only reason I stayed and went through with the transaction. He even shortened his break to come out and help us. ~Kiera
