This is to add up to the complaints about rude staffs. This slim, tall, short haired, female mexican staff was very rough, she ask for my number even if I’m not a member, keep repeating my words, shouting, racist, no greetings, no infos were given, not helpful and rushing, Go somewhere else. ~Anonymous

Mr. Lin has a great personality, easy to talk to, great communications, polite, acknowledgeable and attentive that I believe he is a great asset to the Bank. ~glaciee

Went to return an item bought online. I checked store hours online before I went. But the store was closed. No notice of why or when they would reopen. Waste of my time and effort. ~Yaji

5/5/2022 = 4 Star = 1st time here and have no issue sending my package . Bridget help me out to setup my UPS account so next time will be easy to send package. Bridget is very patiently helping to set my account. One star is missing coz they have temporary hours , open at 2pm to 6pm and close every Saturday and Sunday. ~Jojo

Great food, wine and services prices are ok but flavors you can achieve are amazing! Give yourself at 3 times to get your flavors right. You have to order the pita bread soon as you sit down, takes long but the bread is steaming hot and fresh so worth $1.25. It’s a must to order. Also you have to order white rice for your meal. Everything shrinks after you cook it so put the extra meat, also if you ask to have them cook well done the flavors seem to intensify the flavors and nothing is over cooked. I’ve been going to multiple Mongolian BBQ places since the 80’s and this place is a nice dinner place not an in and out lunch Mongolian. I highly recommend this place! ~Johnny
