Ups customer service has sure gone downhill! You can't reach a live person and of you do they are out of the country with limited speaking / understanding of English. Ups stole the contents of my package and just keep giving the run around. none will help, not even if you waste your time and drive to ups faciily. They just put you on hold too.

I don’t know if they stole my new phone or what. Been waiting a whole week and it says delayed and I live by Cerritos! I paid for 2 day air! If I don’t get my package soon then I’m making a police report.

Had to pick up a package that should have been delivered to my house. Unreliable drivers make you waste your gas and time picking up at this center, in LA traffic. Will never use UPS to ship anything. I would rather go with FEDEX or USPS. I will now aviod any seller that ships with UPS (I have one more shipment I am receiving then I'm done with UPS)and I will never use UPS to ship anything. There are 2 better companies out there that I would rather use. So frustrating. Worst company ever. If I could give ZERO stars I would give them that...1 star is generous. Look at other 1 star reviews. I'm not the only one. This is the most negative review I have ever given, I am that upset. UPS has lost my business. I will not support any company that ships with UPS.

First time shipping at this facility. BJ went out of her way to help me. She saved my a lot of money by taking time and figuring out a better way to ship my packages. She's 5 Star in my book! Thank you BJ!

They have had my package since Thursday morning and have not delivered it as of Saturday morning. Website states it will be delivered on the next business day (Monday is Memorial Day). Attempting delivery to a business Friday when I live in a residential mobile home. They use to be real good, but my last 2 packages have been held up for days. Get your act together.

worst experience from their delivery drivers they make no attempt to get into the building they make the tag in the car and run as soon as they tag the door. I tried calling 100x and never got an answer. i called ups customer care and they told that this location would call me and see what could be dont to get my package and was never called. worst experience from a shipping company. Also fix your website when you try to create a my choice ups account it fails to create one every time. trash company.

5/5/2022 = 4 Star = 1st time here and have no issue sending my package . Bridget help me out to setup my UPS account so next time will be easy to send package. Bridget is very patiently helping to set my account. One star is missing coz they have temporary hours , open at 2pm to 6pm and close every Saturday and Sunday.
