Union Bank

Worst banking experience I've ever had. They promised me $300 if I opened an account and deposited $1,500 in three transactions. It took me seven trips to the bank to get an account set up and make the deposits within the allotted time period, which I did. Seven months later they still have not added the $300 to my account. When I called them about it they always say just wait a little longer. ~Dave

PNC Bank

Debbie M was the worst customer service person I've ever encountered in my entire life. I'd give it a 1 but I'm ranking the bank here not just one person. Her attitude definitely brings it down to the 2 star I'm leaving. If I were rating here it's an easy 1, and only 1 because there's no 0. ~Hobo

Metro by T-Mobile

I cannot recommend this Metro location (Shaw and Peach) in Clovis enough! My family had a complex combination of line transfers/additions, with one extremely uncooperative former carrier, and Marlena effectively and cheerfully dealt with all of the issues, over the course of a few hours! She was far more patient than I would have been, and was such a pleasure to deal with that I came back the next day to upgrade my phone. I had been reluctant to go to a Metro store -- and put it off for months -- because we had the totally opposite experience at another location in the area when we first came over from Verizon a few years ago. Even though this location was out of our way, we will return whenever we need new lines or phones. Thank you, Marlena. ~Kristen

Snappy Food Store

i have multiple reasons to believe the employee here stole money from my debit card. i purchased a few items over the weekend and accidentally pulled my card out too early. i was then told that the transaction failed to go through when that was a lie. i came back to the store after checking my bank statement and attempted to receive a refund from the same employee. I was told that it was my own fault for not leaving my card in the machine and that the bank would automatically refund me due to me not leaving my card in. when i showed him my bank statement he repeatedly refused to look at it until i raised my voice. he then tried to stick with his claim of him never receiving my payment. he asked for the receipt of the transaction the one he claimed "never went through". when i expressed my frustration with the fact he caused me to overdraft he said " oh you're broke, not my problem" we continued to argue but clearly that was going no where so i have filed a complaint with the attorney general. if you check google reviews this is not the first time this has happened. in fact my neighbor had the same issue with snappy foods. if you have an issue with this business please file a complaint so we can insure that snappy foods becomes under investigation. ~Matt

Griselda has been doing my daughters eyebrows for several months, and she is amazing!! Griselda is TALENTED at what she does!! She consulted with my daughter before doing anything and truly listened to her requests. She is highly professional, keeps her work space VERY clean, and is super attentive and friendly. Vintage Vinyl & Victrolas

You need to stop in here if you are into Vinyl. Go upstairs, and have fun digging through the piles and piles of rock, jazz, easy listening. I almost always find something worth getting. Prices are pretty reasonable too. Lots of hidden gems in the jazz section especially. Rest of the store is fun if you are into antiques and collectibles, but the vinyl booth here is the place to be. ~Daniel
