Worst banking experience I've ever had. They promised me $300 if I opened an account and deposited $1,500 in three transactions. It took me seven trips to the bank to get an account set up and make the deposits within the allotted time period, which I did. Seven months later they still have not added the $300 to my account. When I called them about it they always say just wait a little longer.

Fast & great service! Till this year, my husbands Savings Accounts has been hacked 2 times this year 2022! They have helped, but 2x its enough!

Well! Watch out for Chase bank to! I thought they were good to,I banked with them for 5 years never had no problem! Then all of sudden someone I don’t know who cashed a $5000 check at the bank and signed my name! Well I had proof it wasn’t me,even showed them I had Identity theft on my IRS account! I had fraud alerts on all the major credit bureaus ! Trans union,Equafax,Experian! They still said I was responsible for paying the check that was no good that they cashed without notifying me! Hell my signature didn’t even match the signature on the check! None of it mattered, that was 3 years ago, anyway that’s how I ended up with Union Bank

So glad I no longer have this bank. June said she needed my id to identify me but she asked for my first and last name and social. Was a member of theirs for 13+ years. Switched to chase, best decision of my life.
