I cannot recommend this Metro location (Shaw and Peach) in Clovis enough! My family had a complex combination of line transfers/additions, with one extremely uncooperative former carrier, and Marlena effectively and cheerfully dealt with all of the issues, over the course of a few hours! She was far more patient than I would have been, and was such a pleasure to deal with that I came back the next day to upgrade my phone. I had been reluctant to go to a Metro store -- and put it off for months -- because we had the totally opposite experience at another location in the area when we first came over from Verizon a few years ago. Even though this location was out of our way, we will return whenever we need new lines or phones. Thank you, Marlena.

08/16/2021 Went in to buy two new phones and add them to my existing plan. They had a promotion on iPhones, I would get a $150 discount on each device. Sounds like a good deal. I had Esmeralda help me out, she grabbed the phones and we started the transaction. She then grabbed 2 cases and 2 screen protectors. I asked her if they were free with the purchase, she said yes, they come free with the phones. Perfect right? Went ahead with the purchase. My wife handled the transaction while I handled my 2 year old running around the store. Got into the car and I decided to check out the receipt before driving off. They charged us $37, each case and each screen protector. Went back in to question them about it. The supervisor stated that for me to receive that promotional price they have to sell me a case and screen protector for each phone. I explained to her not only did Esmeralda said they were free, but there was nothing posted in the store that stated I had to pay for the accessories to receive the promotional price. She stated the "bundle promotion" just started in July and there was nothing we can do except offer me a refund only for the phones, not the service fee of $72 or the $148 of accessories. I asked for the owners name and number and she refused to provide that information. She said he will contact me when he had a chance, I asked her when he would be in the store and she stated he never really comes here.. Going back and forth about it I, decide to walk away. I will be calling corporate and BBB to report this transaction. Hopefully the business owner reaches out to me to correct this issue.

I went into this store about 3 weeks ago and added 3 lines to my plan.. went back in today to do a phone upgrade and they REFUSED to let me upgrade my phone without purchasing accessories!! This store is just trying to make an extra profit with the way they are handling business.. I was ready to spend over $200 on my upgrade but not willing to pay the instore prices for the accessories when I can get them elsewhere for half the price.. i will not be doing business at this store any longer and I hope that anyone who reads this review chooses to go to another location. They are bad customers service and a joke!!

I bought a hotspot box for a trip literally half way across the country. I left the next day only to find that the box wouldn't connect to the internet. I called customer service, and they tried all they could on their end, but couldn't get my box to receive a signal. I went in to a Metro out of state and they tried to do something on their computer, but still nothing was working. I could not go in to my store as I was 1900 miles away, and since I was gone longer than the 14 day period metro has for refunds, I couldn't get any of my money refunded. I understand not refunding service charges, but I never received or used any service!!! If the box would have worked at all, I would understand not refunding my service charge, but I've had a phone with this company for almost 2 years and they can't help at all with my problem. I was given the option to pay 20 more dollars in order to do a warranty exchange on my unused and broken hotspot...this would be a total of 150 dollars spent on a hotspot box that literally has never had even 1 byte of information transfered onto it! Needless to say,I am no longer going to continue with my service here and will be going to another cell phone provider!

BRIAN and ANGIE were absolutely amazing!! Great customer service, helped me get my phone unlocked and transferred over with absolutely no problems. They were patient, helpful and overall wonderful! Best Metro experience I've had, ever!
