This place is horrible I just went in for cigarettes I asked the price of the cigarettes and before I could pull out my id the clerk ignored me and talk to the next customer. Completely ignored me.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I believe it was the owner working, walking in, he had an attitude as soon as we came in. Would not sell my mom alcohol or anything at all because I didn’t personally have my license on me and he rushed us out and locked the door behind us. Came in again to give him another chance cause we all have bad days, first words out of his mouth” no alcohol for you” we took a 180 and were never going back. Terrible place.

Went in there the other day to get a few snacks with my daughter. The guy behind the register seemed like he was annoyed by us entering lol. He rang up our items incorrectly and tried to rush us out of the store. Come to find out, he was just in a rush to get back to his phone for some YouTube videos smh. Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Tried to give the place a second chance this past weekend and it was the same disgruntled, YouTube addict behind the register. Tried to purchase lotto tickets and gum. Rang it up wrong again. When I asked him about it, he pretty much told me it was my fault and brushed me away. I dont see this place lasting long for business

i have multiple reasons to believe the employee here stole money from my debit card. i purchased a few items over the weekend and accidentally pulled my card out too early. i was then told that the transaction failed to go through when that was a lie. i came back to the store after checking my bank statement and attempted to receive a refund from the same employee. I was told that it was my own fault for not leaving my card in the machine and that the bank would automatically refund me due to me not leaving my card in. when i showed him my bank statement he repeatedly refused to look at it until i raised my voice. he then tried to stick with his claim of him never receiving my payment. he asked for the receipt of the transaction the one he claimed "never went through". when i expressed my frustration with the fact he caused me to overdraft he said " oh you're broke, not my problem" we continued to argue but clearly that was going no where so i have filed a complaint with the attorney general. if you check google reviews this is not the first time this has happened. in fact my neighbor had the same issue with snappy foods. if you have an issue with this business please file a complaint so we can insure that snappy foods becomes under investigation.

I stopped here this morning (1st time ever) for a quick soda. I charged it on my bank card. Within 20 minutes my ask Fraud Dept called to ask about a large charge. I told them it wasn't me that charged that amount. They said it happened within minutes of the Snappy Food $5 charge. Luckily my bank was looking out for me. THERE MUST BE A THIEF BEHIND THE COUNTER !! I advise you to stay away from this place.
