Best telecommunications service provider in Concord, California (CA) 2024

I hadn't shopped here for years after having a not so great experience. But today I needed to get my kid's first phone before his class picnic, and couldn't get an appointment at a regular Verizon store. This turned out to be a great thing! Instead of the snobby attitude and zero help that the Verizon store provides, Alex at Victra helped us select a good phone for my son's age and planned uses, did all the setup, thoroughly explained the options for device protection and updating our phone plan, and walked me through the basics of setting up parental controls. All the staff were very personable and helpful with other customers who came in while we were there. Great experience! ~Alix
