Was treated well by the staff well most of the staff and got my beautiful iPhone…. But Verizon allowed us to order my phone then demanded almost half down, not expectedly, my daughter saved the day with cash otherwise I would not have been able to get my new ordered phone.

The store manager did a really great job. There was a line of people with some difficult issues. I was first in, and he handled my phone upgrade quickly, while also juggling many other customers and I never felt like I wasn’t a priority. He was professional, upbeat, calm and positive, even when it would have been really easy to get frustrated with all of the needy impatient customers trying to get a free replacement for their iPhone 3G haha. Jeffrey did a really great job.

Jeff was a great sales representative. Provided all the technical info and pricing I requested. I highly recommend their business. Bit more pricier than Costco, but well worth the service!

I was experiencing technical issues with my phone so I set up a 1pm appointment for today at this store. After I arrived, the employee had me wait for about an hour and 15 minutes as he slowly assisted three other walk-in customers (none of which had appointments). When he finally did get to me, he just told me that he wouldn't be able to help me with my issue, then proceeded to try to sell me a new phone. First off, I shouldn't have to wait for over an hour to get assistance when I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time. Second off, I had explained my phone's problem to the employee when I walked in, so if he already knew that he couldn't help me, then why not tell me right off the bat instead of wasting my time? I won't be returning to this store and I strongly recommend nobody else wastes their time there either.

I hadn't shopped here for years after having a not so great experience. But today I needed to get my kid's first phone before his class picnic, and couldn't get an appointment at a regular Verizon store. This turned out to be a great thing! Instead of the snobby attitude and zero help that the Verizon store provides, Alex at Victra helped us select a good phone for my son's age and planned uses, did all the setup, thoroughly explained the options for device protection and updating our phone plan, and walked me through the basics of setting up parental controls. All the staff were very personable and helpful with other customers who came in while we were there. Great experience!

The guy that works there is lazy. Went in for an issue with my phone saying no SIM he claimed the phone can’t be fixed due to storage being too full and just needed to buy a new phone. Drove to pleasant hill and was in and out in 20 minutes with a new SIM and a perfectly working phone again.

Early June, me and my wife came in to get new phones. We have been a Verizon customers for a very long time. Eddie was very helpful and friendly. He explained about the promotions offered to us. Kim was very helpful and patient with me and she was able to assist me with questions about an app that I needed. Overall, awesome customer service!

I went in today to upgrade our phones and Jennifer, the rep who helped us was extremely helpful. She gave us a warm welcome as we entered the store and she answered all of our questions. She helped us from beginning to end with great customer service. She is very knowledgeable about the devices I asked about and about the company. We were in and out fairly quickly. We never felt rushed as we were shopping and deciding on our phones and accessories. We asked plenty or questions and she never felt annoyed about our questions. While we were there, she also helped other customers as they walked in. She was able to balance everything and the customer service very well. Thank you for a great experience!
