4 Employees just standing by cashier talking not helping anyone. Went to check and they were still standing talking another customer came in asked for helped abs they all looked at each other until some rudely went to help. Customer service 0 stars!

Came to Sephora looking for a foundation, I had brought my own foundation from home to make sure I got the correct shade. When I put it back in my purse 5 minutes later security came up to me aggressively saying they saw me stealing on camera. Very unprofessional of them to not check if the item was missing and I had shown them it came out of my purse .

I came in with my baby I was looking around a little bit I was harassed by one of the managers she followed me Around and she demand that she hold everything that I was going to buy because I didn’t want to use a basket from the store because I was already carrying my newborn baby she insisted that it was store policy that I had to have a basket I feel like I was discriminated because of my race I will never step into a sephora ever again

Came in here on September 8, 2021 around 5:10pm looking for some Olpalex & saw about 5 workers all at the cash register in a circle talking and being loud. I continued to look around & not a single one greeted me or checked on me once and i was in there for a good 15-20 minutes. I was debating on buying some products but decided to leave due to the horrible service. I am not one to be extremely picky as i also work retail, but the fact that were so many of them & not a single one said a word to me as a customer was completely unprofessional. The crew definitely needs to be talked to about this as I’m sure i wasn’t the only one who had this same experience.

We went here for my wife's birthday gift redemption. She said it's a smaller selection of the usual Sephora, but the workers are helpful and it's nice having one in the El Cajon Mall. If your looking for something super specific I would suggest going an actual brick and mortar.
