Best computer store in Covina, California (CA) 2024

What a let down. Bought a new MSI Laptop for them to build. I have had issues from day one. I've taken it to various people to have had it looked at to much avail beside saying I need to update my drivers. Only real solution for them is to send it back or to MSI to look at. That will be about a month of down time. They waited for the refund or exchange time to lapse. Left me with no real options for someone whose work is based on the laptop. They left me to buy another computer so I'm able to work, which I won't be buying from them. Look elsewhere for someone more reliable. Update: MSI repaired it, but never gave me an update on the problem. Still haven't received it back so don't know for sure it has been fixed. The MSI Stealth laptop configuration sucks don't buy one. Update 2: MSI repaired fans and CPU and cooling system. Laptop is going back to MSI for RMA again. Yet Again this place wouldn't give me my money back. Gen Tech is Shady and don't follow there warranty MSI is even worse of a computer ~Josh
