My son has been going to MAI for over 6 years now I think. I think it is a great place for kids to learn self defense, but also where they can learn self confidence and perseverance. Lots of focus is given to what to do in real world situations, from dealing with bullies, not letting people touch them inappropriately, what to do in emergencies. Discipline and expectations are raised as the kids get older and progress, and I think that is a great way for kids to grow and learn. There are adult classes too - and those can be either black belt training or just working out self defense. Mr. Frack's wife also is a certified yoga instructor and has Yoga classes several times a week. MAI has been great for my son, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. ~Vince

This Starbucks is awesome! The staff are not only fast and friendly, they are impressively respectful to customers. I really appreciated seeing that. My drinks are always on point and the music is perfect! Enough to vibe to and get lost with to focus on work. Thanks all! ~Maria

Picked up my usual java chip Frappuccino from this location and was very pleased. This location has a drive-thru and indoor ordering. The drive thru was packed but they seemed to be moving through at a good rate. The staff was professional and pleasant. I recommend this location to locals, thank you Starbucks. ~Robert

Great Service! Glad I came here, they really know their stuff. Love that this is a corporate T-Mobile. They sell phones and also offer repairs. They were able to fix my phone that 2 other locations could not resolve. Daisy provided outstanding customer service, and made our experience more successful. Glad this Store is here. What a let down. Bought a new MSI Laptop for them to build. I have had issues from day one. I've taken it to various people to have had it looked at to much avail beside saying I need to update my drivers. Only real solution for them is to send it back or to MSI to look at. That will be about a month of down time. They waited for the refund or exchange time to lapse. Left me with no real options for someone whose work is based on the laptop. They left me to buy another computer so I'm able to work, which I won't be buying from them. Look elsewhere for someone more reliable. Update: MSI repaired it, but never gave me an update on the problem. Still haven't received it back so don't know for sure it has been fixed. The MSI Stealth laptop configuration sucks don't buy one. Update 2: MSI repaired fans and CPU and cooling system. Laptop is going back to MSI for RMA again. Yet Again this place wouldn't give me my money back. Gen Tech is Shady and don't follow there warranty MSI is even worse of a computer ~Josh

Horrible Bank with Racist Tellers! Bank of the West Covina Branch is one of the most Racist Branches I have ever gone to. On Friday, Oct-7, 2022 I entered this branch to cash my Payroll check for the second time. I returned to this branch because a week prior I visited this branch to cash my check and was greeted professionally and friendly by a female teller. Unfortunately, my recent visit was horrible and disturbing because of the way I was treated by this Asian Teller. He refused to give me his name which is why I am referring to him as Asian. I walked up to his teller window and presented my payroll check and told him I just wanted to cash my check. He looked up my account and then looked at my check and said he could not cash it because it was a Wells Fargo bank check. This struck me as very odd, I asked him to then call Wells Fargo to verify it's validity and he refused. He said they don't do that. My account is open in good standing with money in my checking account. He became rude and said he would not cash it. I told him I was there last week and the other teller had no issues and promptly and courteously cashed my payroll check. He became a little irate and tossed my check back and said to go to Wells Fargo if I wanted it cashed. He was difficult to understand because of his thick accent. By his tone and disgusting demeanor, I can only conclude that he's a racist and doesn't like Mexicans. I grabbed my check and went to the Wells Fargo right down the street and cashed my check. I mentioned the incident to the Wells Fargo teller and she told me they always cash each others checks without a problem. This confirmed my suspicion of this Racist Teller at Bank of the West. Latinos avoid the Covina Citrus Branch of Bank of the West at all cost. I have since closed my account. Good Riddance! They should rename the Covina Citrus branch and call it the Bank of Racism! ~NSP

Over 13 people in line and only 2 tellers working on a Friday morning. Waited for over 45 min. This has been a recurring experience at Wells Fargo. ~Josh
