Very beautiful salon. I was happy with my haircut with Sylvia, she’s a wonderful stylist. However, I am rating the salon on overall experience including professionalism. I’ve had two appointments with Sylvia and it was canceled and rescheduled twice. As a customer who drove 1 hour for a haircut, is it important to value the customers time. I eventually stopped going to Alchemy Salon but I hope they improve the customer service at the salon. ~S

I went in yesterday to get a new haircut to boost my confidence. The stylist guy was super nice. However, I wasn't satisfied with the haircut. I went in today to get a refund and explain why, and they apologized and corrected the mistakes without any extra money being put down. Yes, I'm not satisfied with my haircut. The fact that they tried to fix it for free shows that they take pride in their work, and are honest people, to which I can fully appreciate. ~T.
