Bad service by Andrea hair stylist. Not even washed hairs properly.

I went in yesterday to get a new haircut to boost my confidence. The stylist guy was super nice. However, I wasn't satisfied with the haircut. I went in today to get a refund and explain why, and they apologized and corrected the mistakes without any extra money being put down. Yes, I'm not satisfied with my haircut. The fact that they tried to fix it for free shows that they take pride in their work, and are honest people, to which I can fully appreciate.

When I tell people I get my son and my haircut here they always cringe. But we have nothing but great experiences here for years. My son has autism and he quickly connected with Ms. Aurora and he won't let anyone else cut his hair. She's patient and understands his sensitivity with the clippers and always makes time to fit us in. Doesn't treat him less and we really appreciate that.

No one in the store except one kid getting his haircut and his mom. Two employees . Was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. This is Supercuts right? Walk-in special? Because if I'm going to take the time to make an appointment and wait around for a stylist, it's not going to be at supercuts, sorry.

Like always I got a good haircut from Christina Sengrath on 15MAY2022, she does the best fades! But the real reason I’m writing this review is while getting a haircut a homeless bum walked into the shop and started yelling I’m pretty sure he was using drugs because we couldn’t understand him, he was just yelling. I believe Sabrina was the manager on duty that day. I just wanted to say that all the girls working that day handled the situation very professionally especially Sabrina. Great work! Service: Haircut

I been going to Supercuts to get my haircuts for awhile. Usually I always go for a comb over fade. I just wish they take their time to do a good job but yes there’s customers waiting to be next.

It was nice.. she never gut a pompadour ,but she gave it a go.. she didn't do that bad of a job as well. The very bad thing about my experience there was the lack of knowledge of different hair style.. they have limited themselves, and deprive themselves of how great they can be.. I say " IF YOU HAVE A GIFT. THEN YOU SHOULD BE GREAT AT IT IN EVERY WAY POSABLE! " that is what make a person a professional at their trait. Just like a artist can't really call themselves a artist if all they do is draw stick figures. In the end I would love to keep going. But maybe I can send them a video of the style I'd like a few days before my appointment.. I wish my old barber was around.. he was the best.( Rip DUCKY) ILL SEE YOU SOON SUPERCUTS!
