Costco has never let us down with our regular shopping... but this pharmacy has frustrated our family for the last time. They’ve had issues with my Tricare in the past which caused me to pay out of pocket. It’s not a huge deal but the process of applying for a refund is lengthy and not fun. What really irritated me is my daughter needed a prescription. I was told they would have it the following day. I went in the following day and they hadn’t even ordered it. Then I physically talked to someone when I needed a refill to confirm they WOULD have the product the following day, the pharmacy didn’t have it AGAIN. I called yesterday because my daughter needed a new prescription. They confirmed this prescription would be ready today. Once again we go in and they had not even ORDERED IT.
I would much rather do business anywhere else. The staff and the automated phone system need to have better communication and my daughter won’t be suffering because of it anymore. ~Emily
