T-Mobile is so customer focused that it really is easy going in with questions. Rarely do I ever have to wait and the Lodi location has the best team I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone was willing to pitch and help. I got the best tech person there, and he was very efficient. He was concerned about my time and he wanted to make sure I was happy with my product. This is a professional team and more companies should train employees to be this considerate and helpful. ~Sean

Worst customer service. Tried to purchase a glove for my son. At register it was coming up $20 over what it was priced. Was told I would get a price check waited 10 minutes only to see 3 associates whispering about me and laughing. ~Veronica

I am totally shocked at how dirty and trashed this store was. Was going to buy shoes but the women's shoe department was thrashed. So were home goods. And the bathroom (gross) I got what I came for and left. Would have bought more. On the bright side the checkout was quick and easy and the clerk was friendly. ~Teresa

I purchase 8 Trailer Tires in June of last year I contact francisco on the tire shop and talk about my tires Thread on the tires is gone in some part of the tires and i guess he call the tire company and the only way to replace my tires was to bring them back to the shop and purchase a new set will they evaluated my tires and give me credit ~Cande

The 2 men that work in there during the day are very nice and helpdul. I love going there seeing them . They are funny and I need a smile and a good laugh once in awhile. They are always in a good mood and showing us new things that have come in. ~Deanna

Nice little gas station to stop at. While stopping for gas, you can pick up a drink or snack. The gas price are about the same as other places. The customer service is average. The people are friendly. ~DDouble

I wanted to move my personal car loan from my old credit union to my new credit union. I went in to just get info and in an hour I had been approved and my new loan was being transferred. Terrible storm door experience. Ordered door Feburary 22. Came out to measure a week later and when door showed up it was wrong size. Needed to be custom ordered which took another 3 months. Home Depot blamed it on construction company but I think Home Depot just ordered the wrong size. At one point they had 3 doors on my order, I told them I only needed 1. Well all three were different sizes and the lady just guessed. After 3+ months, Nobody called with an update and I had to initiate all follow ups. When the door finally came in it took forever to have someone come install it. Then the install company did a terrible job. The door had to be built out from the frame so the install guy said no latch would work and left it. The door would sway back and forth unless you dead bolt it. Then the bottom arm broke where it connects to the frame because he only put one screw in instead of 3 that are supposed to be there. I had to call corporate Home Depot customer service to get anywhere. I ended up calling Anderson door myself and having the parts sent to me so I could finish install. I got a bracket and it closes fine, like a door should. Not to mention the frame is missing screws and bent up at the top. The Home Depot store is terrible for customer service and follow through. I called to speak to Travis who I was told was the manager and was told he was too busy to talk to me because he was in a meeting. I left him a message and never recieved a call back. A separate time I called and left a voicemail for a lady I never recieved a call back. Then when I called again I was told I never left a voicemail. All in all it took almost 6 months to get the door installed and I had to finish the installation. Corporate Home Depot customer service Devon Daniels is the only reason anything got ordered or accomplished. So thank you to her. I can not stress enough how terrible this experience was and how I will never go back. ~Doug

INCERDIBLE selection of home use hardware. They have the major stuff a normal homeowner would need but even better is the oddball stuff you can't find at Lowes or Homedepot. ~Eric
