I’ve been here a few times before but today Cashier named Julie was extremely unprofessional and rude. Took a while for her to help me and when she did her customer service was HORRIBLE. Take your business elsewhere. Stay out of here ! Not worth it. Owner needs to hire better cashiers. ~Jasmine

I came in a 7am, tried paying my gas in cash and the cashier is closed. No one is there and the doors are locked. ~Lilian

Pump number 8 was broken (it didn’t stop delivering gas when my tank was full, spilling the extra gas everywhere, including on my brand new car’s paint and wheels). What’s worse, when I went inside to tell the attendant about the faulty pump and to request a partial refund, he straight up lied and tried tricking me into thinking I would get refunded but ended up doing nothing about it at all and blaming me for not knowing how to pump gas, lol Shell customer service hotline was not helpful either, so I had to end up submitting a claim with my credit card company. Avoid this station like the plague ~Chris

This is a good spot for gas but not much else. It’s a good location for me which is why I always stop, but it seems like they never have what I want inside and the staff is maybe 6/10 on the friendliness scale. I know it’s just a gas station but a smile every now and then wouldn’t hurt, would it?! ~Bill

On top of being a great place to get gas near the freeway, this place has AMAZING customer service. Abraham is a great example of that. He went above and beyond to keep his patience when I wa arguing about something I was completely wrong about. He kept his composure and was very friendly. This is definitely my go to Arco from now on. ~Beatriz

Okay, I went to get $20 so that I cab drive to a Costco later in the week for a fill up. This is a decent place with reasonable prices. They seem to have let pumps run out of receipt slips far too many times to be just a fluke. During Covid, I didn't mind paying the 35 cent Debit Transaction fee at the pump ... but then gad to go into the store and wait in line for a receipt! ~A

THIEFS!! I put 10$ of gas only for them to charge me 200$ they only canceled the transaction because I told him I will take legal action ~FRZNSTRR

I went to go pump gas here a few days ago. I occasionally go to get gas here since it's convenient and close to my home. But I am so upset how the workers treated me with disrespect and raised there voice at me. There was a dispute with a client in front of me and when it was my turn the worker gave me a nasty attitude and raised their voice at me insisting that I said the wrong amount to pump gas. I will not go here ever again and be disrespected. The gas price is also high here and not a safe environment, I'd suggest to go to another gas station. ~Stephanie

No squeegees to clean windshield and the guy says they don't intend to get any. This is despite having plenty of containers hanging up for them to go in. 1 month later still no squeegees. ~Dumont
