Great customer service from Barbara at the front desk. She was very helpful and informed me well on the storage space and all I need to know about it since it is my first time renting a space. She helped me out with the app and showing me how to get the access code. Overall happy to have come to this location and receive a welcoming service. ~Marisol

Just bad news. Don’t even bother contacting them. They don’t understand English and when you tell them to stop calling you. They just keep harassing by calling / texting every hour and when you say you good - they still call you. Worst than a used car salesperson. Stay away and take your business to knowledgeable, understating and less hungry desperate looking for a penny business. ~Catherine
