I have multiple storage units all over town for my businesses and this one happens to be the closest to my house . It’s very accessible, the staff is great and the building is super awesome. It’s always nice and cool inside, even on a hot summer day. I highly recommend it here ! ;) ;)

Great customer service from Barbara at the front desk. She was very helpful and informed me well on the storage space and all I need to know about it since it is my first time renting a space. She helped me out with the app and showing me how to get the access code. Overall happy to have come to this location and receive a welcoming service.

Getting a rental space was easy, convenient, and actually stress free. Noemi showed me around, and helped me use the app. Place is super clean. Daisy was always available if I needed a cart or access to the public bathrooms. Great experience.

I’m here to give a brief story and and wonderful compliment to Public Storages awesome and amazing Property manager Nowemi and her staff Barbara for their outstanding support and help at the location Pico /Crenshaw in Los Angeles, CA . I believe in God and what Nowemi did for me in closing out my account is only a miracle. As I can not go into to details, I can only say this, I have never received the amount of love, respect, and human concern for another. I strongly recommend that Nowemi gets the STAR OF HUMANITY for Public Storage.I’m really lost for words as this woman has simply touched my heart and made a strong impact on life moving forward. i had been using this facility since I had moved to midcity. on my last several visits, I had interacted with Noemi and Barbara...and I have to say their service has been stellar. always friendly and always accommodating. this duo had been acceptionally helpful on my moving out process. they truly went above and beyond my expectations.would definitely recommend this location to anyone that lives in the area.

👍I can't say enough about the staff here. They are AMAZING and are always willing to stop and help the customers no matter what they are doing. On different occasions, I even witnessed Noemi M. and Barbara W. stop eating their meals to help out customers. The next time I witness (and I will) the staff giving 1000-percent of themselves, I going to note the day, time... so I can include that in my post also. Thank you, Noemi and Barbara, for always giving so much of yourselves. Keep up the good work ladies and you are (appreciated) 👍👍👍👍👍.
