Merchandise is good quality but employees need to know what they are doing half of them don’t know where anything is in the store basically they have no knowledge management needs to train there employees this is like the eighth time I’ve been there looking for something and been told they don’t have it which they do or hold on let me ask someone step your game up tractor supply or you will lose a customer ~james

I am writing this review because I recently had an overpayment on my unit. Frank was so nice about it and took care of this situation immediately. I have used other storage places throughout my life and so far, this storage facility has been the nicest, most cordial and cleanest facility that I have used to keep certain belongings I have safe and dry. I recommend this facility to anyone who likes nice people and the satisfaction of knowing your unit is safe, clean and dry. If you have questions, Frank is the man who knows. Poor costumer service too busy eating or dancing while you are asking questions or need help they run back and forth to the back to eat then come back with their mouth full of food loud music on TikTok live and want you to dance with them when you're just there for business pulls the Day I went there was a bunch of kids there run up and down is it a phone store or pre school ~Guillermo
