Best clothing store in Manhattan Beach, California (CA) 2024

AMAZING customer service! I found Wrights MB while searching for my favorite designer brands online. I purchased a dress, which arrived quickly but with a small defect on the front. I emailed the store with photos and they responded right away with an apology and offered a discount or return. I was so impressed by their customer service that I kept the dress with the discount and the discount refund was issued right away. I will definitely be back to shop online and hope to visit in person next trip to Cali! Thank you for the excellent customer care. ~Kari

So cute…hidden up the block from the main shopping street…definitely more subdued than the Miami or Vegas locations which are the only other two that I have ever been to but the sales rep was friendly and helpful and the inside of the store was its trademark rainbow explosion of color. Definitely a happy place to shop! ~Dr

This rating is purely based on customer service, the staff is extremely rude and do not even acknowledge your presence upon entering the store even though they clearly see you. No one ever asked if they could help, I started my own fitting room. I went to this store solely to return items I bought at the Irvine Spectrum location (their staff is amazing, 5 stars all around!) and upon checkout the cashier was not warm, I told her thank you a few times, no you’re welcome. I don’t know who has trained the staff here but it really makes me not want to come back. Most likely will only go to the Irvine Spectrum location in the future. ~Jess
