One of my favorite stores in Manhattan Beach. When I wear AV everyone says where can I get that hat, tee, hoodie etc. One of the reasons of love to is that it's very exclusive and unique.

Like every other review here. I find this brand racist and profits on indigenous cultures. I don’t understand why people would pay over $200 for a simple hoodie, shirt, and even sweatpants. I a understand it’s “California, handmade, etc” but the styles are ridiculous. I work In Manhattan beach and it’s oddly creepy to see that it looks like a cult with the white folks only. I don’t like this brand at all.

Easily the best hoodies I've ever owned. From hanging at the beach to wearing on cross country flights, they only get better with age. Now my wife and kids all have their own. My daughter still talks about how much fun she had inside the Manhattan Beach location!

So cute…hidden up the block from the main shopping street…definitely more subdued than the Miami or Vegas locations which are the only other two that I have ever been to but the sales rep was friendly and helpful and the inside of the store was its trademark rainbow explosion of color. Definitely a happy place to shop!

Customer service is horrendous. I emailed this company about an issue and asked to not recieve a form response. I got a form response (I sent a follow up with subject in all caps PLEASE DONT SEND A FORM RESPONSE... and got the same form response again). This tells me they literally care about their customers so little that they essentially put them on mute OR they care so little they will literally do a thing you ask them not to do because they do not care. (Aviator Nation please do not reply to this google review. I already know you aren't actually reading my words and no amount of fake apology/PR bs is going to fix that now) Update: in my complaint email I specifically asked not to be on their email list and to be removed if it was. Today I got a marketing email from them that made me 1000% confident that they did not ever read my concerns. It is one thing to ignore me. It is another to ignore my complaint and add me to your marketing email list. The amount of disrespect is unparalleled. I wish I could give negative stars.

Paige Mycoskie’s brand consists of the misuse of traditional regalia specifically traditional beaded moccasins. Her brand consists of hipsters wearing traditional "vintage" beaded moccasins. They are being referred to as "hippie slippers" "boho" "eccentric", along with all those other usual cringey terms. Traditional moccasins are very sacred, and not to be used as a fashion accessory on hipsters for exploitation. Every color, pattern, design, and material has significant cultural meaning. It is a problem when people want to take bits and pieces of our culture and use it for their own personal fashion shoot. It's problematic that they want to take from us but will not stand with us. The Indians Act and Crafts Act of 1990 is a truth-in-advertising law that prohibits misrepresentation in the marketing of Indian Arts and Crafts within the United States. It is illegal to offer or display for sale, or sell, any art or craft product in a manner that falsely suggests it is Indian produced, an Indian product, or the product of a particular Indian or Indian tribe or Indian arts and crafts organization, resident within the United States. #mycultureisnotacostume ❤️🖤 💛🧡✊🏾

This company profits off Indigenous designs and cultures while endangering and disrespecting Indigenous people.

Always love stopping by to see what’s on the sale rack. If you catch it right, enjoy it! Good quality and great staff.

I don't buy $206 hoodies, but I got one as a gift upon putting it on found the pocket corner thread coming undone. Within 30 days as specified on the receipt, I brought it to the store for an exchange. They informed me that they could only send it to the factory for repair. I kindly pointed out the policy on the receipt and they informed me with attitude that because I had worn it they couldn't exchange it. I nicely pointed out that I would not have noticed the damage or known it even fit me as a gift if I hadn't tried it on. I also added that I have a lot of hoodies that didn't cost $206 that I've worn for ages with no damage. She then informed me that because these hoodies are hand made sometimes they fray. So essentially she was schooling me on the idea that something hand made - their entire store - is of less durability and quality than cheaper hoodies I own. I get the fashion thing and brands to some degree. You pay for the brand. But I again pointed to the receipt and they finally capitulated with even more attitude. Take a page from another expensive retailer - Nordstroms. Be reasonable and don't put the work back on the customer. Make the exchange as specified on the receipt especially if within the time specified. Not everything has to be a negotiation. And no matter what, lose the attitude. It's a hoodie...you're not saving lives.
