We had some documents that needed to be sent to Progressive Insurance. My wife and I, are not super savvy when it comes to tech. We were helped by the nicest young lady, by the name of Harley. Lost a prescription package for my diabetes worth $1,500 told me it was delivered to my back door? Delivery person can’t get to my back door we have a locked gate. 24 + hours later my neighbor checked his security cameras we found out that it was delivered at my next door neighbors house. Same old excuse they plainly delivered the package to the wrong address!!!!! ~Michael
