I have never had any problem from this facility. When I have picked upy packages they are helpful and friendly. I believe that clear communication is always important.

Lost a prescription package for my diabetes worth $1,500 told me it was delivered to my back door? Delivery person can’t get to my back door we have a locked gate. 24 + hours later my neighbor checked his security cameras we found out that it was delivered at my next door neighbors house. Same old excuse they plainly delivered the package to the wrong address!!!!!

Poor customer service, my package was dropped off on June 22 and as of July 6 they can't locate the package. They can't even take the time to call you with updates. This has truly been an inconvenience plus out of pocket expense..its sad.

After all the screw ups I was just about to give up until I got a good luck at the security old man. He made me leave my scooter at the front door and stumble to the big doors for my envelope that I paid good money for it to be here in 2 day's not 1week. thank you guys in Big office for allowing me my envelope ✉️ much blessings to you and yours..

They act like they can’t change an incorrect address then they lie and tell u they got it right I waited 8 days for them to fix where they mess up act sent me to there office 3 times a half tank of gas for nothing I think there drinking are smoking on the job

The drivers in this area are the worst. Complete liars three times they say they have attempted delivery. I live off a dirt road and I never see them even attempt to come to my home. And always get the attempted delivery message and then I have to waste my gas to go pick up an item.

This incompetent facility lost my vacuum that was en route to Oregon. An entire vacuum. Not exactly a small package. Or perhaps it was stolen. Who knows. UPS deemed my package lost forever. I have a hunch it was never actually looked for. I will avoid UPS like the plague from now on.

Absolutely the worst delivery service I've ever had to deal with. This is the third time I've had to have something delivered to me via UPS and they mess up delivery every time. I'm not purchasing any further items from this particular vendor due to their use of UPS. Especially UPS in Romoland, Ca. Absolute worst.

I do a lot of online ordering. I do shop at companies that use UPS as their shipping partner, and consistently my packages have sat in the warehouse within my delivery area for days before I receive them. I would say it's because of the shortage of personnel that many companies have been experiencing. However, this has been going on for several years, so before the current personnel shortage. I will no longer be ordering from companies that use UPS because it's ridiculous to be waiting much longer for your packages, especially when the company states that it will be delivered much sooner.

Driver arrived at my home and waited less than half a minute for someone to come to door. Two people were home and they were trying to get to the door however the driver left before they could get to the door. We have a ring camera so we know exactly how long he was at the door. Also could not reach a person thru customer service. I have been waiting for the package all day and had my Ring notifications on and didn't even have enough time for me to check the notifications before he was already gone.
