Hi, good evening. I have a brief concern about one of your employees. I believe it's past a coincidence already. He seems tired and annoyed most of the time. I have seen this young have in altercations with other customers. I have a bad back unfortunately and it has been several times he slides my change across the counters and Into the ground. He just makes a joke and tells me he is not going to touch my hands. That it is against the store policy and for his safety. I tried doing my shopping across the street, unfortunately it is not the same inventory. Can someone please change his shift, or not overwork him please? Or drug test him? I would kindly appreciate it. I will update his name soon. He is small stature young male with reading glasses that is known for wearing large cat ears. He is strange. I spoke to a manager and nothing changed about my customer experience with this young man

As a former employee I am so happy I got out of there. The manager is unprofessional and talks about all the employees to other employees and customers as well. I can tell you that the food does not get spoiled out on time. This company is such a joke.

I’m writing this in reference to circle k on Newport rd. My son who is 31 just tried to purchase excedrine migraine for a bad headache and the 80 yr old man working refused to sell it to him because his license was expired. DMV is closed and during the pandemic he is unable to renew his license . DMV has extended all expired licenses due to the pandemic. The clerk refused to sell it to him. He is 31 years old and his license expired a week ago. The guy is unbelievable!! Even a cop that was in the store tried to reason with him and he said it was his perogative not to sell. Mind you he wasn’t trying to purchase cigarettes or cold medicine to make meth!!! He had a headache. Is this seriously acceptable . We will never use that store again . Would love to hear back from owner or corporate offices on this but I guarantee we won’t . I see several review about how rude the clerk is and obviously the owner could care less how his customers are treated or this guy would be fired.

This place is extremely convenient for this area. I've lived out here for most of my life and I can honestly say wouldn't know what I'd do without this place!! Staff is nice, place is pretty clean considering how crowded it can get. So if your ever in need of smokes , a beer or a cheap fountain drink and you live in the valley or passing through, it's about as convenient as it gets.

The line of people here can get really long even tho there is somebody in the back who can open the adjacent register. Im talking 10 people deep waiting in line. Another thing that concerns me is that they have an area where people can put there cigarettes out right next to an area where they keep the propane tanks.

It's a wonderful store, very busy considering everyone in the area uses it. The employees there are great, very polite and considerate, always doing their best to handle the many different personalities and issues.

I love going to this store everyone is so nice expect for this one cashier she just started working maybe about 3 months ago. I went in once and she was alone and had the worse attitude. I figured it was just a bad day for her but every time I seem to go she has the same attitude, I've tried to strike up a conversation with her to see if maybe she will be nicer, but I just get an awkward silence. I've never really paid attention to her name I just know her car has the "just married" on it so when I see her car I avoid going in.

Worse store ever!!!! Already has had a fail multiple times on their grade. Also wont take 100 dollar bills because management told them not to. Which is illegal not to accept legal tender. I understand if you don't have change but to tell you directly you don't take a form or U.S. tender is ridiculous. Also they found dead rats in the ice dispenser the last time the county came through following a 3 month shutdown. I would never recommend this convinent store to my enemy's.

I am in this store daily, as it is within walking distance of my home. For the most part the staff does well with both maintaining the store and customer service, especially considering the area we're in is notoriously "ghetto". There are 2 male and one female cashiers working there that are exceptional and never fail to make me smile before i leave. A few bad apples working here since the reopening, but in all honesty, im not going to stop shopping there with how close it is to my home; also I have little problem being rude right back to the couple of girls there with attitude problems when the occasion calls for it. Perhaps theyll realize the error of their ways...or get annoyed enough to quit and no longer put a mild damper on my day 😂 Really though, nine times out of ten though, it is a quick, friendly place to get my daily caffeine fix.
