We had some documents that needed to be sent to Progressive Insurance. My wife and I, are not super savvy when it comes to tech. We were helped by the nicest young lady, by the name of Harley. She literally came out from behind the counter, to show us the ropes on how to use the copy machines and fax. She is a fantastic employee that will succeed in whatever she chooses to do.

I hate to not be able to share the young ladies name that helped me last night. She was definitely there to help her customers. My Fax was pending a confirmation number passed the closing time and she was very reassuring that she will contact me if it did not go through or be charged the amount that displayed. She took down my name and number, left a note for the next day opener to call me as soon as they opened to confirm If my FAX was sent or denied. As of 8:45am the next morning,today ! Andrew calls me and informs me my fax was successful!! What a great team effort and customer service. Thank you

Matthew at the Staples Printing Services Dept. is AMAZING!! He was able to get a large important project printed for my company last minute (the day of) and didn’t even charge me for the rush order because of my circumstance. He worked with me over the phone for awhile to try to find the best solution and I could tell he truly cared about my situation. Thank you! You were a huge help.

My experience at Staples was excellent! I went for ink for my cannon printer. As advertised i got a discount on them because they matched Amazon's price. The cashier as always is a very helpful and very pleasant woman. I wish i knew her name on my next visit i will definitley learn her name! Thank you!

Staples is definitely the most reliable office surplus store in our area. But I don't really find the experience of shopping or finding products enjoyable, I wouldn't say the staff is energetic, they are more of a mundane, "I have to work attitude", which doesn't make me feel anymore welcome. So I don't really trust that I will get help finding something if I need it.

I do all of my printing for advertising with the copy and print center. Jonathan is the reason I return. As a busy Realtor I need my items as quickly as possible. I can email exactly what I need to Jonathan and he turns them out usually same day. Considering the Copy and Print Center is so busy, this is very impressive to me and keeps me returning month after month. These are large quantity cut, double sided, color print jobs, not just a few copies here and there. Jonathan does a fantastic job!
