I have been AutoZone’s customer for about 10 years now. I bought a battery for few months ago and it is totally dead today 10/26/22. I jumped start it and waited for 16 minutes, It would not start. I had to take the battery off and took it back the store. They couldn’t find the battery information in the system. So they couldn’t do anything. I went back home and found the transaction from my credit card, it was 6/17/22. So the battery only lasted 4 months. Coming back to the store. Still, they couldn’t find any information for this transaction. It took them forever and tried to solve the problem. I highly recommend you keep the receipt, don’t rely on computer system, you may lose money. Luckily, I paid with the credit card. So I didn’t lose $219 They tried hard to help me but it is annoying.

I like going to Autozone because most of the time the staff are helpful and knowledgeable but this location is the exception. The store manager at this location is incompetent and insists on not price matching products when other Autozones like in the Rowlett area will do it no problem. The people that work here in the day are a group of teenagers and people in their 20s who joke around while the customer queue fills up and they work slowly to help. There are better Autozones with more helpful and competent staff do not support this one until they learn to do better as good service should be standardized. Do yourself a favor: these Autozone prices are a joke. Plan your project a couple days in advance and go to Amazon and buy the same thing for much cheaper. Or if you need it the same day, try Walmart first they’ll have the parts for cheaper too

I called this location to see if they have a seal for my van when I found out that other locations in the area have What I needed in stock. Well reached someone here today looking for specific part with a dimwitted answer of the part I needed is a dealer part and not AutoZone. Unbelievable, either you're not searching correctly or you just don't want to try harder. Pathetic.

I replaced my car battery from this store couple of months back and it was the worst battery installation I ever had. When I went to the dealership they suggested me to re-install it properly. The battery is not sitting in the cover the way it should be.

My easy go to.... Honestly, 80% of the Parts Specialists are Polite, proficient, judicious and knowledgeable. Now, the pics below...one is the truck I shop for the most and sometimes a might seem like dandeck or this girl(sometimes 'Damsel in Destress') They are always ready and able to untie me from the train tracks and get me and truck back on tracts

I don't go in this AutoZone everyday, but I have been in here a good 4 times in the last 6-months - Everyone in there is so hangry and just hates being there. I went in yesterday 03-20-22 and the one and only person in there was so rude and looked like he hated the world. He was no help not sure he really knew what we was talking about. More training and less attitude is needed here.
