WoW the manager in the pharmacy is a Misogynyst he speaks so badly to the female employee there, he speaks so disgusting to her but to the male he's nice. What a bad experience. 👎

Kathie is a very rude person, I asked her a question and she was just rude. It almost felt like I was bothering her. Put my prescription in and I asked her if I could wait, she said straight up No, as I am getting ready to walk out the store, i get a text stating it was ready.. next day i had to go to the drive thru and guess who is at the window...yup just rude.... I thought she just had a bad day. It seems she has a bad day every day!!! Smh.

This is the SLOWEST Walgreens. Any time you do drive through for prescriptions you wait a good 30+ minutes, even with only one person ahead of you.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Every single time I refill my dog's seizure medication here, they do not do their job, and fill the prescription when they say they will. It is ALWAYS a battle to get her seizure medicine, which is prescribed by her vet. My dog spent all morning having seizures, because they did NOT fill her meds and have it ready to go this AM. It is now almost 1 PM, and I STILL do not have her meds. I will be switching my dog's meds to a different pharmacy. This pharmacy has failed us for over 2 years, and enough is enough. Their staff is extremely rude, untrained, and have no clue what they are doing. I will not let my dog suffer bc of their incompetence. Absolutely ridiculous! A monkey could do a better job. 😤🤬

The "closing tech" for the pharmacy (5.11.22 6:30pm) literally just told me that if i had a problem with that particular location that I could 'kindly go to any one of the several other walgreens in the area' in response to my complaints that EVERY TIME I get a prescription filled, NO MATTER WHAT, I will get a notification that my prescription is ready for pickup and EVERY TIME, I call ahead just to make sure. EVERY TIME, I'm met with "ummm we don't have anything here for you. Talk to your doctor." And every time I have to get into a literal argument and demand to speak to management just to be told 'woops sorry just saw this on my board' ...???hello???? Just don't feel like doing your jobs or? I very well could go to another location but I'm unfortunately stuck with this one because I don't have a car and it's the closest location. My meds keep me alive. Seriously?

Worst pharmacy ever. Employees are rude and extremely impatient and unhelpful. Customer service is very poor. There has been only one time I can remember not having an rude employee at the pharmacy counter (there was still an issue with my prescription). Every time there is an issue owith the prescription. Either a delay or they mess up the insurance. This pharmacy should closed or turned over to competent people who know how to treat customers.

Most of the employees are friendly, but the through is ridiculously. You have wait 15 to 20 minutes to get waited on. I noticed they will have one person at the counter, taking care of customers inside and outside. I'm not blaming anyone, but think it should be looked into. Thank you.

The retired nurse that administered my Covid booster shot was very friendly and professional. She got me in on time, despite being busy. These people put up with a lot of stuff from customers, but all I saw was an attentive, courteous staff. If I didn't live so far, this would be my pharmacy of choice.

Absolutely horrendous customer service from the lady at Pharmacy. If there are rules in place, make sure to include them in the email... I am here for my Covid test and being made to wait, after already waiting a week.... Due to them failing to tell me the rules of 15 mins before or after. Nobody has come to get theirs yet like they said they have people infront of me... I am watching the dead drive through, waiting.... I have been here well before my appointment. The lady needs to learn how to speak to people... These other reviews are also horrendous. I will rather drive to another Pharmacy.... NOT WALGREENS!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Would not recommend using their pharmacy ever. The technician was very rude to me when accepting my Rx and demanded I use the phone system to check on the time and status of the Rx. When I called in to do so an hour later, they had no record of the prescription drop off for me. When I finally returned to the store they had no record of my prescription what so ever even though she taken my script almost two hours earlier. All of this was to get my post operation meds that I had a very strict time line to adhere too. Absolutely disgustingly unprofessional of a major company.
