Location currently has a sign on its stating they are temporarily closed but leadership failed to update hours of operation and temporary closage information on google. As a local business owner of multiple businesses this is a process that can be controlled by Chase corporation which they do have someone to actually do this but it's actually sad that they couldn't even notify Google and make customers drive all the way to the location to be turned away what a joke.

Terrible experience. Saw 3 employees standing in a circle as soon as I walked in looking at each other awkwardly. I’m there to open a checking account and they ask me to sit and wait while a 4th employee walks back and supposedly speaks with the banker. She comes back, asks if I had an appointment and that “all the bankers are busy”. So what exactly do those 4 do if not assist customers? It all seemed really shady, like I walked in when I wasn’t supposed to. It was very jarring and I felt uncomfortable and discriminated against.

Honestly it was ridiculous. Poor customer service from manager dude with an iPad took 30 mins to cash a check and made up verification excuses they use at their discrepancy to judge whoever they feel like………..felt like i was trying to steal my own money……….and charged me $10 to cash a check from their bank. GARBAGE! Go to TD bank where they treat everyone respectfully.
