Needed tampons, they decided to do a HUGE multi brand-wide buy 1 get 1 50% off sale on ALL tampons, and now there are no boxes there that I need nor can afford. This was the stupidest sale they can randomly do here.

It was the worst CVS’s I have ever been in. Shelves are bare and the young man working when I was there was not knowledgeable of there policy’s and register. I did not get right credit for my coupons upon purchase. I asked that he correct it and he had many excuses why he couldn’t do it. Upon leaving the store I saw a reason he may not have been able to do it he left the store parking lot before I did now I have to deal with customer service.

I use to shop at the CVS in Metuchen but they went out of business so I figured I would give this CVS a try. This CVS has nothing on the shelves there basically empty. The food section has nothing in it. No Nuts no Candy almost no K Cups. Where the Toothpaste is there is almost no Toothpaste. If you want Colgate Toothpaste there is only a couple of tubes available. Most of the shelves in the store are empty. If CVS wants to get out of the Retail Business they should just close there stores it makes no sense keeping stores open with empty shelves!!

They have the worst MinuteClinic scheduling system— it doesn’t let you schedule online and asks you to call in. When you call, you get sent to voicemail or the call center. What’s the point if people can’t access the scheduling system? Another time, the pharmacist put my prescription under my mothers name instead of mine and made me wait an extra hour while they corrected this. And then, after all that they asked me to go to the back of the line to be rung up! So frustrating. What was supposed to be a quick consult for my cough plus a 10 minute wait for my prescription ended up being a 2-hour errand. Disappointing, especially since there is this Care Specialist that tries to chat people up and make the place more customer friendly. Would be nice if this translated into expediency and efficiency not just for show.

The pharmacy has brought forward the comprehensive care of the same pharmacy that was originally at 41. In other words its the same pharmacy as the last cvs but they have been transferred over. Since ive been going (since the start of their opening) ive had nothing but good experiences and pleasant customer care. I truly appreciate the kindness theyve brought me when handling my meds, and its more than a few. Always quick with refills and always calling out to make sure prescriptions are correct. I finally found a pharmacy competent enough to handle my scripts and that pharmacy IS HERE!!

Yes this store is small compared to the new mega cvs stores they build. But their pharmacists are always helpful and friendly. I always can get my flu shot without a wait. They carry a lot of stock for their size. I've never had any issue getting the shampoo or vitamins or cleaning supplies I want. I've heard they are building a new CVS down the road from this store, so I'll miss the local community feel of this place when that happens.

The pharmacy should not advertise.free flue.shots.when they are asking for health insurance....if you don't have insurance they charge almost 70 dolars.for the vaccine.. so there's no free flue shots.. it is false advertisement.. besides the pharmacy crue are unpleasant. Costumer skills.sucks

Nice stuff work in pharmacy! Store is small but clean and well organized. Young man and old lady worked in pharmacy are very nice. I had some issue with my doctor prescription and this lady was super nice contacted my doctor office upon my request and was hold for 20 mins finally got through and fixed my prescription with my doctor. There is no line waiting fast in and out at most of time.

Everyone here was so nice and efficient. The woman at the from was knowledgeable, welcoming and just all around friendly. I usually go to another cvs but when they didn't have what I needed I drove over to this small location. The pharmacist even came out to welcome me and explain everything to me. It felt like a small business from years ago instead of the big corporations we have now.

Every time I go I cringe. I used to go to the one on Maggie in Union. The staff was very pleasant never a problem. Here it’s always something. The pharmacist is very nice that’s about it.I am seriously thinking about transferring all my scripts.
