Novem is a gifted jewelry designer, and I'm so glad I found him in Palm Springs. I've only bought a few things so far but needed them sized for me (small wrists) and he accommodated happily. I am eyeing several pieces online, and remember some great pieces on display as well. I look forward to buying more in the future. ~Patricia

Our search for an in-stock dining table -- which is difficult to find these days -- led us to Re[X] over the weekend. Greeted by James, we found what we were looking for and more almost right away. To say he made browsing and debating options fun is an understatement. And Ralf, the super-friendly and knowledgable owner, sets a high bar for ensuring his customers are treated well. From answering questions and quickly preparing our purchases for transport to graciously going above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute exchange (totally due to my inability to make a decision), Ralf exemplifies a true pro -- one that knows how to build trust and brand loyalty with first-time shoppers. I want to call out that everyone working in Re[X] was wearing masks at all times -- in the store and when helping us load our car. Additionally, the space itself is airy and clean with ample space to maintain distance from other visitors. I highly recommend a visit to Re[X] in North Palm Springs whenever you're in the mood for a mid-century modern furniture sensory overload (in a great way)! ~Ray

Terrible experience, poor service and attitudes. Owner Mark called me a pain in the a$$ when he had to refund me for product he couldn't get. Yep... that happened. Said a couple of days to get Krugerrands just had to go pick them up in Orange County... no he had to scout them out. What he could get took three weeks. Wife Lisa covers for his bad behavior. The owners sent me a link to review them so when they didn’t like the review I posted, I noticed they DID NOT approve it to be posted on Google Reviews. So, that’s why I’m writing another review directly on the Google Reviews. If I had an option for zero stars, I would rate this jewelry store no stars. Owners are a couple (Kristen and Edward) who scam people and are very dishonest. The husband is very rude. My advice would be to stay away from this place. ~Michelle

This store is amazing, I absolutely adore the shop owners as well. They're incredibly friendly and able to be honest about the jewelry in the store. I had a wonderful conversation with André (sorry if it's the wrong name, it's been a month and a half) while shopping for pieces that have come so in handy for styling as well as my general wardrobe. The jewelry pieces are amazing and it's definitely a spot I need to return to every time I'm in Palm Springs. The furniture is amazing as well, but I wasn't in the market to buy any. Cool little gallery themed in Jetson's style 60s art. Mostly graphics type vs. paintings. If you are into that style, this is your gallery! Prices are reasonable $1000 to $4000 mostly. Quality works. Recommended. ~alan

We just purchased a bedroom set from Johnny at the Mattress Specialist and he was a joy to work with. He is very kind and knowledgeable and was patient while we picked everything out. This store is small and there are no pushy sales people. Great experience! ~Laurel
