If the R.C. location had Customer Service I would complain. But they don't seem to be interested even when you tell them right away that you are there to buy a new driver. After waiting and then asking for assistance, I hit a few balls. Requested a different brand and was told that he was a Calloway man. Upon requesting a different brand he gave it to me and promptly left. When he didn't return I decided to leave. Went by the front desk and 5 employees were having a great time laughing and talking together. I have spent $$$ over the years there but have no reason to return. Disappointed is putting it mildly. ~Bruce

My Son bought a luggage rack here for $600. It was a wait to get help because they were busy but customer service was still great. They have everything for outdoor activities but the bikes caught my attention. Some are real pricey but quality is excellent. ~Tesla
