If the R.C. location had Customer Service I would complain. But they don't seem to be interested even when you tell them right away that you are there to buy a new driver. After waiting and then asking for assistance, I hit a few balls. Requested a different brand and was told that he was a Calloway man. Upon requesting a different brand he gave it to me and promptly left. When he didn't return I decided to leave. Went by the front desk and 5 employees were having a great time laughing and talking together. I have spent $$$ over the years there but have no reason to return. Disappointed is putting it mildly. ~Bruce
