This service is terrible. Last Thursday I made an appointment. This Thursday. Tell me Help me find a Chinese translator. It will take two hours to process. When we get here today, This service person is too bad. Tell me, let me find a Chinese translator myself. And it takes four hours to process. And then he said he wouldn't handle it for me for four hours. He asked me to go to another city to handle it. It takes four hours to drive. There are so many banks, you have to do it at your home. That's too bad. Would love to give him zero stars. ~小佳

Terry saved my trip! Was on the fourth day of a twelve day trip, picked up a small nail...plugged it, but the next day the tire developed a crack at the plug. This was a Monday and I was supposed to be heading north with my buddies. Nearest tires were in Redding....Cycle Gear had nothing in my size, but found that not only was Terry open on Monday, he had a tire! Met him at his shop as he was pulling in. Probably would have been out of there in 30 minutes, but I have tire replacement insurance and this is where Terry went well above and beyond. He spent almost an hour on the phone with the insurance company (they are a pain in the a$$) to help me out. I met up with my buddies that night and resumed what turned out to be an epic trip.
