Very friendly and helpful ppl, even when busy they do their best to accommodate. Recent visit had a tire that needed a new valve stem. Bought the tires from here so I knew stuff like that they fix for free. It was late in the afternoon and they still took it and fixed it quickly and checked it for any other issues. Nice!!! This is the first and most likely the last time I will buy tires here. Not only did it take almost 2 hrs after my appointment, they didn't bother to wash the grease off that they use to mount the tires and they gouged one of the wheels. ~Troy

I use Discount Tire to keep both my work trucks and my personal truck on the road. I'm a contractor and I get a LOT of flat tires because of driving onto construction sites. These guys do flat repairs in about 15 minutes and I've never once been charged for one (don't know if that's because I bought the tires here or if that's policy). I also buy all my tires here, generally ordering new tires but occasionally a used set if they have something with low wear that's a great deal. The staff is very friendly and professional and they remember me by name when I walk in. Just had them throw a new set of tires on my personal truck today and I was out of there in less than an hour. ~Chad

Gets worse all the time especially for photos. Been doing photos here for years but I need to find a new place. They don't answer the phone so you can check on your order, and when I got there this last time, the printing was streaked. I needed the poster for an event and got nothing instead. They knew it but have such awful management, no one cares. I called to check prior to pickup, twice, but no one answered the phones. This one on Cypress is always understaffed surrounded by homeless. Pictures are nearly always incorrect, crooked printed, photo off the edge, not ready for 1 hour pickup after 15 hours. No communication, no one working. Man, sad sad. Their website photo app was updated a couple years ago but is still neanderthal compared to all other in the industry. No user friendly way to efficiently crop photos, enlarge or size. Absolutely ridiculous. It's like they're stuck in 1980. It's like there's always a full staff of new people that don't know what's going on. That comes directly from management I work corporate for 35 years. They could do better. ~Robin

I'd give this place a lower rating than 1 star if I could - the store itself was decent but I have never experienced a ruder staff in any business in my entire life. I interacted with 2 different employees, one gal who was stocking products - I asked her where I could find bottled water and this woman was so disgustingly rude to me I almost laughed at her. The guy at the register was almost as bad - both had vulgar attitudes and were so incredibly rude to everyone they interacted with. I was particularly nice to each of them and I just can't believe how poorly they treat their customers! Don't waste your time, save your money and shop elsewhere. Trust me the employees there are vile & disgusting...I will never go back to that store. ~Elizabeth

I had a job interview here and I was thrilled about it, but once in the interview it was the most uncomfortable interview I have ever had. When I asked questions about the company they gave very short answers and did not have much to say. Usually companies are excited and trying to tell you why you should want to work for them but this was the very opposite.
