One of the most seamless processes of buying a car that I’ve ever experienced. Great sales team. Rob, my salesman was one of the best car salesmen I’ve ever had. Very attentive, honest, truly listened to what I wanted and he delivered! And get this…it arrived on my birthday!!! Sold me a really nice 2022 Chevy Trax that I absolutely love. I especially love the side arm rest on the drivers seat. Little things please me lol. I needed a second car while on assignment since I left my other new car at home. This will be a great weekday driver. I’m happy!!!

The sales people were extremely nice, cordial, informative, and low pressure. The shop is immaculate. The vehicle (Chevy Bolt) is the most fun vehicle I have ever had, a real pleasure to drive, and very efficient. I have never had this pleasant an experience purchasing an automobile before. I can strongly recommend this dealership to anyone, and have already told many friends about how good the experience, and the car, are. I only hope that they can acquire more of these cars, because I think this is likely to dominate the market; it's an incredible mix of quality and value. Steve Fisher provided me with sharp and precise responses to my questions. He was very knowledgeable. Answered my questions, took his time, i never felt pushed. He understood my goals and worked toward that end. He had the paperwork well prepared and made that part of the experience the best I've ever had. I did not feel that I was being pushed but clearly laid out options and that was it. This may be the last vehicle I may be buying but the best of experience.

What a wonderful experience! Extremely friendly staff especially James Jay, he was able to walk us through the buying process with ease. Although we already had financing in place was still able to get us a better rate. I would recommend Lithia Chevy to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I had a great experience with Steve Fisher. I appreciated that he puts his head down and just does his job. There’s no mingling and standing around with him, which is something I witnessed with the younger salesman. I showed up at 8am and Steve was the only one there, it took over 45 minutes for any other salesman to show. He was good conversation but not overbearing. It was a pleasant experience and I’d recommend Steve to anyone.
