Recently I wrote about A review about the way I was treated at Epic Chevrolet. The General Manager who was awesome called me in and I had the best service ever. Art Robinson and Deon the two salesmen were awesome. I would let everyone know if you have an issue No matter what. It will be taken care of as promptly as possible. I would recommend Epic Chevrolet to everyone. I want to say thank you guys for your help. I also was able to get the suv I wanted.

Who pulled up at the dealership two hours before they closed. Rich was standing outside ready to greet us. We had already came with a few options with stock numbers in hand and he showed us the vehicles that we wanted to see and they were right out front. He was an amazing associate, he wasn’t pushy about keeping us there. His friendliness and kindness towards our situation was very friendly. We walked out with a brand new 2023 Chevy traverse. He was very helpful and I will highly recommend other people to go and see Rich at epic Chevrolet. We love our new car. Thank you so much.

Update: Today is Day 28 without my vehicle. After just sitting on my vehicle for the first three weeks, They finally confirmed my transmission is bad and will be replaced which will take at least another week... Sent Mike Zilverman an email per his request ... crickets.. doesnt seem like they actually want to make this entire situation right. I can't be left without a vehicle this long. Health concerns and three little kids at home in a remote area. No way out if an emergency happens without my vehicle. Not acceptable at all. My warranty even covers a rental and they won't provide us with one?!? What a joke. ORIGINAL: Do not use this dealer for service! Pushing 30 days now without a vehicle.. I dropped off for scheduled maintenance and got nothing for 3 weeks except excuses.. finally when I get someone to provide an update they ask for more $ to authorize more diagnostics for items my vehicle NEVER even had in the first place. They won't provide me with a rental and I'm a mom of three little ones living in a remote area with health concerns where i need to get to and from the hospital weekly. I Drive 1.5hrs to drop odd my car to them.. i dropped off for a transmission and suspension issue they are claiming the suspension isn't covered by Warranty even though specifically my coverage states otherwise and havent even attempted diagnostic on the transmission. this is absolutely not acceptable service. I need a vehicle. 30 days without even a diagnostic of the issues I dropped off for is not acceptable. Scheduled service should not take 30+days...

This has been one of the fastest and smoothest purchases I’ve experienced. Clerance Smith was outstanding he got right to the point and didn’t waste any of my time. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends. Mike over at financing was also a great guy. I was in and out of the dealer from seeing cars to working the number and finally signing off in less than 2 hours.

I gave two stars because $200 was taken off my bill for the inconvenience. But if it weren’t for that it was a zero star experience. My service took a few days shy of an entire month and I wasn’t offered a rental car until the last week, I had to waste my own time calling the warranty company to try and speed up the process of getting the parts for the transmission(I feel like that is the job of the entire service department that was just standing inside chatting about life when I came to pick up my car). There could have been much better communication the entire proccess and not just when I called in annoyed after hearing nothing for two weeks. This is the first car I have bought from Epic and I definitely wouldn’t buy another or recommend the dealership to any family or friends.

Giving these guys a 5 star so far... Just picked up my car today... seems to be a perfect fit so far! The best thing is I was able to shop on line, do the background check on the vehicle, I got instant response, and excellent professional customer service! I was able to communicate and get instant responses to all my questions! The process for getting the financing and taking ownership was simple and seamless! I shopped, and completed this purchase within 36 hours of finding the listing on line! Truly the best experience this experienced Ole granny's had working with a dealership! The best experience at a car dealer ever! Guzman (Salesman) and Mike Nelson (finance) were awesome! I saw the Mazdacar I want on website and just stopped by to see how it was. Then I met Guzman, such a great and friendly salesman. He helped me a lot and never give me any attitude when I tried to negotiate. All he did was just trying to give me a good deal. I also had good time with Mike Nelson, who helped me did the finance part. No pressure at all. I had bad times doing finance at Some dealers before so it was day and night compare to the time I did with Mike. I've never been a fan of Chevy before , but Epic Chevy was awesome! And I just wish the two people I mentioned all the best!
