Had to change 4 tires on a trailer. I was passing through and they were the only open past 7. The got me in and out in half an hour and the techs were very friendly.

This is the first and most likely the last time I will buy tires here. Not only did it take almost 2 hrs after my appointment, they didn't bother to wash the grease off that they use to mount the tires and they gouged one of the wheels.

I ordered tires online after extensive reviews of makes and models, Costco was considerably cheaper than even online vendors like tirerack. Made an appointment for 10 am, tires were on and car ready to go by slightly after 11. Everyone I talked to was polite, professional, and friendly, Brandon who scheduled my appointment, Zach who checked me in.

Costco tire center is fine , but the redding store in particular has really started to annoy us ! They harasse us coming in the front door over our service dog , breaking HIPAA rules & then harass us at the register about our transferable buisness card . Seriously Why am I Paying for this privilege again ??? Prices are not all that good ? Certainly not for the Customer Service !

These guys are kind and efficient. We came in without an appointment early on a Saturday in need of a tire swap ASAP. We already had a flat earlier in the week which they had tried to repair. A new tire was ordered and ready to go. Unfortunately we had another tire with an issue and needed to get out of town in a hurry to make a teens basketball game. We didn't want to leave without a spare so in about 20 minutes with 3 guys hotfooting it they removed the possibly damaged tire and stored it in our spare compartment. Replace the damaged tire with the new tire and swaped our spare with the new damaged tire. We made the game just minutes before the start time. Thanks guys

I enjoy shopping at Costco but you have to know your prices. I was there today and checked their prices on a few items compared at Wal Mart and found Costco to be higher. They do have good quality products. BUT I AM DISAPPOINTED THEY DID AWAY WITH THE POLISH SAUSAGE. EVERYONE IN LINE WAS COMPLAINING. I SETTLED FOR A HOT DOG BUT I AM STILL NOT HAPPY.

Never again will I let costco touch my vehicle. We had a flat coming home from a road trip. Went into Costco on our spare to get a new one ended up getting a deal on 4 new tires. As soon as we start to drive the vmcar away there is a knocking sound. Turn around and go back. They tell us there is nothing they would do they wouldn't even look at it to make sure my family of 5 was safe. Nope my husband did that in their parking lot. He found the problem that they made and fixed it. Just a bunch of idiot's never again Costco..

Came here to buy new tires from red bluff. They told me it would take 45min to an hour. Ended up taking 2hours, was late to event that night. No ones seems happy to work there and they seem like your bugging them.
