I don’t know what has happened with this location, but it’s really gone downhill. This is the second time in a row that I ordered curbside pickup and had to call the store because they wouldn’t come out.
The first time this happened, I went inside and got my order, then I had to ask for garlic dipping sauce (that I had already bought) and the employee handed me sauces THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN OPENED! When I told him I would not give my family opened and possibly tampered food (I did not think I would have to be explain that to a reasonable adult, but I guess not), he made some lame excuse about the way it was stored. THEN STORE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!
The second time I had to call and the store manager said I was not checked in, which I clearly was. They finally came to the car (after calling and alerting on the app) and as I drove away I realized they had not given me my complete order. I had to turn around and come back to get it.
Each time I walk in the store, the employees look flustered and unorganized, and each time I’ve tried to talk to them, I feel as if I’m imposing on them. Changes definitely need to be made at this location. ~David
