I’d stopped going to Carl’s Jr. because the food didn’t taste good, but today I went to a different location hoping that maybe it would taste better. Well the fried items I got didn’t taste good, they put bacon on the hamburger when I specifically asked for no bacon, and when I called to explain this the manager said I could bring the order back and she could refund the money and I can go someplace else…that doesn’t show a desire to keep customers coming back…here I’ll refund your money and you can leave. The only reason I gave three stars was because the burger was alright and the milkshake was good. Carl’s Jr. used to be good for a fast food place, not anymore. ~Peace
