The fries were cold and limp. The hamburgers were cold and the buns fell apart. The ice tea was delicious. We won't be getting food from their again!

Sketchy! One employee is pocketing money. My order came out to $26.71… I gave the lady a $10 bill and four $5 bills. They handed me my food and I asked where my change was and the lady said “Oh, you only gave me $26…a $10 bill, three $5 bills and a $1 bill. “ so I replied, “So, I shorted you. I still owe you $.71?” She then replied, “ oh, no you’re good.” I was confused and was certain I gave her $30, and her response solidified my suspicion that she lied and pocketed my change! Why would anyone working a cashier not let the customer know they still owed money? Bottom line, be careful if you go here… Cashier name on receipt is Katerin And to add to the bad experience, the food was cold!

I’d stopped going to Carl’s Jr. because the food didn’t taste good, but today I went to a different location hoping that maybe it would taste better. Well the fried items I got didn’t taste good, they put bacon on the hamburger when I specifically asked for no bacon, and when I called to explain this the manager said I could bring the order back and she could refund the money and I can go someplace else…that doesn’t show a desire to keep customers coming back…here I’ll refund your money and you can leave. The only reason I gave three stars was because the burger was alright and the milkshake was good. Carl’s Jr. used to be good for a fast food place, not anymore.

I had four coupons and they didn't validate any of them charge me full price so the young girl there is taking money home at the end of the night all the coupon money I am very displeased I was called all kinds of foul names I'm a 58 year-old man and I'm an honest man I will never eat at Carl's Juniors again I will starve first very rude service very dissatisfied I can't believe they allow their employees to talk to customers that way

This location has really gone down hill. The employees look like they hate their job, are goofing off and not paying attention to even care about anything at all. Zero customer service. Oh and if you plan on getting a cinnamon roll, might want to head over to Raley's to get more icing to make up for the lack they give you here. Maybe the poor food quality and terrible customer service is why no one is ever eating here.

I've visited Carl's JR November 8, 2021 1:40 pm and order a #1 Large combo with beyond meat (well done). The food was awesome and I dined in. 10 minutes into eating, I see a hard-working male employee named Julian cleaning the tables and Lobby. Once Julian was done cleaning, everything including the trash in the lobby looked well cleaned, dis-infected and well organized. I sure will return to this location.

Went to this location and asked for the fries and spicy chicken sandwich to be well done. Did not recieve that. Also after ordering a big Carl, it came out seeming like it was dumped into a bucket of water. The bun was soggy, the meat seemed like it was sitting in a tray of oil. Over all terrible experience.

The lines are never long here. Customer service is great. Go here once a month or so. Would more, but you know fast food isn't something u should eat all the time.

I just ordered combo number 8 .. omg its unbelievable they forgot to add buns .. seriously ? Just handed me beef patty lettuce and other stuff .. they really really need to replace their cashiers..
