The prices and the quality and the service from the staff were all phenomenal. I haven't had a&w burgers in years, and this visit was fantastic. My wife and daughters will continue to come here for many more meals Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the good they got.

Every time I've gone to this establishment they have forgotten something. Check your bag and make sure everything is inside before you leave. Such a hassle to have to go back to get your items that they have forgotten to give you. Now I have to spend Gas and time. Which neither is free! Do better KFC.

Did an app order. Foods wasn't ready when arrived. The meat was little dried or old. Every thing else is good.

Eight pieces of chicken over $30 ordered chicken strips instead they were double fried and old grease pretty much dry very small this is our third time coming there and the experience was terrible customer service was terrible as well upper management needs to step in and look at what's happening quality is terrible customer service is terrible

Walked in, 2 children were waiting for a pickup order, 2 adult women were waiting for a pickup order and I was waiting to place an order. After 5-7 minutes of small talk with the adult women, I called out asking if someone was working the front counter. Eventually a young man appears, I would guess he is the manager, his shirt is different from everyone else. I said the children are waiting to pickup an oder, he ask the name looked at a screen and said 10-15 minutes. I said. I'd like to place an order, he said 10-15 minutes. I said to place an order, he sarcastically said yes. Of course this makes zero sense. I simply walked out. I understand the effects Covid has had on all industries and truly empathize with everyone who works with the public. However, your choices do not give you the right to be rude to your customers. If you're not happy in your current position, perhaps this is a great time to reflect and move on. In the meantime I would suggest that you close the inside service and focus on the drive thru That way if some or all of your employees are having a bad day, the customer isn't exposed to the negative vibes. You just lost a long time loyal customer.

I generally don't understand their prices and food items. You order three pieces and it's $15, and then you realize it was because they added 2 other items to the order and made it a meal. You gotta be careful when ordering here.

Horrible experience. They have a whole team of employees and I still waited 30+ minutes. Then they got my order wrong. I am missing one of my gravy's. I feel like I got ripped off. I ordered the $30 fill up and there is no sporks(spoons, forks), no plates.

Well I don't even know what the food taste like cause even tho we ordered a few things that required utensils we did not get any of them and I was trying to eat before I got to work on top of forgetting items... Hope next time my experience is better so I can give a better rating...

Ordered 12 piece buffalo hotwings and most of them were tiny like chicken nuggets which were nothing but breaded bones.

Good menu..quick in and out meal to go. Tried the new chicken and waffles... Yum. I bought the waffle sandwich combo because I love my potato wedges. Good price and being able to hit the drive through on a busy day is a plus. Always check your drive through order to make sure it is correct.
