The food is ok. It seems like it's gone downhill the last couple of visits. Don't know if it's under new management that's cutting corners on quality of the food, but something is off. Won't be visiting again for a while. Great customer service.

Always discontinue any good or quality food items like the honey sesame chicken or the sweet fire chicken. Horrible customer service. Never answers phone for orders or questions. Super low budget food items.

I'll start off by saying that my review is a little biased because well I've slept on concrete all over the US living solely on the kindness of others and sometimes people aren't feeling very generous. Which is ok! But I was very hungry and I knew that if I went to Panda that there was food people didn't finish in the garbage can and I went in there with the attitude that they ain't going to stop me... Well the manager Ted tried to stop me but I told him I didn't care, so he offered to personally buy me dinner.... I was so grateful... He didn't write it off or promo it.. he pulled his credit card out of his wallet and bought my dinner... Thank you so much Ted

I always feel so rushed when ordering. Foods fine. Sign outside reads, drive thru parking. If I'm driving thru, why? Do I need to park? 🤪😎 see photo. Parking: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

This is what I got when I ordered their shrimp. Absolutely infuriating. I want to never eat Panda Express anymore. The management needs to get in touch so I can share the details.

Update: Ordered Pick Up... food ready in less than 10 minutes... food were fresh and portions were generous... and food tasted great... staff was nice... and great Family Deal! 3 years ago:I like this location in particular... service is always courteous and attentive... food quality is better than other locations I've been to... I don't consider the food inexpensive, specially adding another $1.25-1.50 to an already pricey entree (that's why I always do the survey for a free entree).

They’re door dash service SUCKS!! Everything I order through door dash, they ALWAYS forget to put a fork/spoon with the order. I normally wouldn’t complain about this if I didn’t stay at a hotel; but as everyone knows, hotels don’t have any silverware in the rooms. And for some reason Panda Express is the ONLY restaurant that forgets those essential items!

Gave me broccoli beef instead of Beijing beef, and there was no meat there. Also very small portions and unfriendly staff

Today while on my way to work I stopped and purchased a late lunch- dinner. When I open my meal I discovered the teriyaki chicken was burnt. Last week my daughter and I purchased dinner. She ordered broccoli and beef and only received one slice of beef. That’s it for us.
