I bought my son a guitar from guitar center last month for his birthday (never again) and within weeks it was losing connection. It had a loose jack and even worse issues inside we were unaware of. I called Skips. Spoke to Eric who instantly wanted to help since my son’s first show was 24 hours away. I was so panicked because of it and needed to get it fixed immediately. He got the guitar apart and began to work on it right away. Eric was so friendly. So helpful. So knowledgeable. And he had it fixed, beautifully put back together and tuned in an hour and a half.
